When will I receive my box?

It depends on when you sign up! If you place an order between the 1st and the 21st of the month, you will receive a subscription box for that month. If you order a box after the 21st, you will receive a box the following calendar month. 

If you order a one time box it will be shipped within 3-5 days.

Where do you get your treats from?

Our treats are homemade and fresh when shipped. The treats main ingredients include whole wheat flour, organic rolled oats, and xylitol-free organic peanut butter. Give treats under supervision. Our treats are intended for intermittent or supplemental feeding only.

What kind of toys will I receive?

Every month you will receive different kind of toys that matches that months' theme!  We pick toys that are made from non-toxic materials. We care about your pup just as much as you do!


We pick the best quality toys every month but remember there are no dog toys that are 100% indestructible. We remind ourselves that the pups are releasing energy and having some serious fun.  

Can I change plans at any time?

Can I get a refund?

If you cancel your subscription after you have been billed, we do NOT ISSUE REFUNDS and you will still receive the boxes. Once that subscription has been fulfilled then you need to cancel the subscription in order for you not to be billed again.


If your order has been damaged or lost, please contact us. 


There are no refunds on the monthly and prepay plans or any add-on boxes as well as boxes that have already shipped. If something doesn’t work for your dog or you, please connect with our Doggish Life team, so we can assist you. We ask that you share any unwanted items with a furry friend or donate them to rescue dogs at your favorite shelter.

I have moved/accidentally entered the wrong address

If you have moved or made a mistake while filling out the shipping address, you may change it on your customer account page. Please note that the last day to change your address to receive the next box is before the 21st. If you realize the shipping address is wrong after we have shipped the box, please contact USPS to intercept. Unfortunately, there is nothing we can do once the package is with USPS.

How much is shipping?

Shipping is FREE only for our three month plans. 

All other plans/subscriptions will have flat rate shipping charge of $5. 

Shipping may vary due to the USPS shipping increases in 2021.
